Sarah has a masters and PHd in Clinical Exercise Physiology from DCU, is the co-founder of Herology @herologyhub , has partnered with Irish Life Health @irishlifehealth with Irish Life Health Schools Fitness Challenge for years, as well as partnering with them for Wellfest for the last two years

Sarah shares her journey from a background in sports and exercise physiology to becoming a passionate runner and advocate for women’s health. She discusses her experiences with marathon training for the @dublinmarathon , the importance of nutrition and recovery, and the unique challenges women face in the running community. Sarah emphasises the significance of proper fuelling, the role of supplements, CrossFit and the need for tailored training approaches for women, including the Pelvic Floor.
